Want a bod like The Rock? Then you’re in luck because the
actor/wrestler recently shared the diet he maintains for his rock hard
muscles and it includes 7 meals (in one day) generously loaded with no
less than 14 egg whites and about 1.4kg of meat.
The Rock who’s currently filming Hercules: The Thracian Wars is
upping his already seriously impressive muscles for the role and shared
several pictures of him working out as well as his meal
regimen on
Twitter. The Rock is known to have one of the toughest workout regimens
in Hollywood rising as early as 4am everyday to hit the gym.
